PURCHASES

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Trixiedress is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

Once an order is placed, if you choose to cancel that order, you will be issued refund for the full amount of the purchase.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

To ensure a most accurate image of each product is displayed, we do not enhance colours and shoot most products on our models body so customers can accurately assess their desire for an item. Trixiedress cannot be liable for changes in colour perception due to screen settings on each individual’s computers when shopping with us. PURCHASE PRICE

All prices quoted on the website are set to be US dollar. If you choose to pay via PayPal, the total will be converted to USD at the current exchange rate.

We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.

 

PAYMENT

Trixiedress accepts payments mainly via PayPal.

After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated email stating that your order is confirmed. If you haven't received any email from us after ordering, please contact us to confirm whether the email you left in the order is correct.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Trixiedress may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

 

LARGE OR FLAGGED ORDERS

ID may be required for larger orders or orders that have been flagged by PayPal or our Bank and will require ID for before shipment.
